Description MICROTECH Wireless and Computerized instruments can transfer measuring results directly to a Windows PC. The main advantage of MICROTECH instruments is long-range wireless data transfer capability up to 50 meters. The computerized series can save values to internal memory and later transfer all data to any version of the software without loss. In the PRO version, it is possible to connect up to 10 MICROTECH instruments simultaneously (indicators, calipers, micrometers, or bore gauges) to a Windows PC via USB dongle. Two USB dongles and two MDS USB extension cables (1 m each) are included. MDS Software version 5.5 is available in STANDARD, OPTIMA, and PRO versions supplied on a USB stick. The software allows data resending to any Windows application, limit checking (Go/NoGo), graphical display, exporting results to *.xls or *.csv files, and saving data via optional DataMet Buttons, Footswitch, or Timer.
