Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Poland and to selected EU countries.
For international or bulk orders, please contact our Customer Service Team for specific shipping arrangements and estimated delivery times.

Delivery Times

Standard Delivery (Poland): 2–4 working days
Express Delivery (selected areas): 1–2 working days
EU Delivery: 3–7 working days (depending on destination)

All delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, high-volume periods, or unforeseen courier delays.

You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

Delivery Charges

Delivery fees depend on your location, order weight, and total purchase value.
We strive to offer competitive and transparent shipping rates, displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Free Delivery: Available for orders above a certain value (displayed on the checkout page).
Standard Shipping Fee: Applies to all other orders below the free delivery threshold.

Age Verification at Delivery

Because we sell alcohol and tobacco products, proof of age (18+) is required upon delivery.
Our couriers are instructed to verify identification to ensure compliance with Polish and EU regulations.
If age verification fails, the order will not be handed over, and the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Delivery Restrictions

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
Orders containing alcohol or tobacco products will only be delivered to individuals 18 years or older.
Delivery cannot be made to public places such as parks, streets, or venues.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund according to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
In such cases, a re-delivery charge may apply. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.
